Do your apps work offline?
Core scanning features are designed to degrade gracefully, but identification and marketplace features need a connection to stay accurate and safe.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Is Aurent free?
Scanning and identifying coins will be free. Marketplace transactions carry a small fee that supports the platform — final pricing will be announced at launch.
How accurate is the coin identification?
Every result shows exactly what the AI matched on — inscriptions, date, mint mark — so you can verify it yourself, and each identification carries a confidence level rather than a blind guess.
Are the value estimates real market prices?
Estimates are drawn from recent market activity for comparable coins in comparable condition. They're a guide, not an appraisal — condition and grading always matter.
How does buying and selling work?
Sellers list a coin with photos and an asking price. Buyers can buy instantly or make an offer; sellers accept, decline, or counter. Reviews follow every completed transaction.
What happens if a trade goes wrong?
Aurent has a built-in dispute-resolution process. If an item isn't as described, open a dispute from the order screen and our team steps in.
When does Aurent launch, and on which platforms?
Aurent is launching soon on iOS and Android. Join the waitlist and you'll be first to know — early members get first access to the beta.
Account & data deletion
You can delete your account and associated data at any time. Once our apps are live, deletion will be available directly in-app under Settings → Account → Delete account, and it removes your profile, collection data, and marketplace history from our systems within 30 days.
You can also request deletion by email: write to support@alifuniverse.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We confirm every deletion request when it completes. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we store and why.
