Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Alif Universe LLC (“Alif Universe”) covering our website and apps, including Aurent. By using them, you accept these terms.

Using our products

• You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live).
• Keep your account credentials safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Don’t misuse the products — no unlawful use, no interfering with the service, no scraping or reverse-engineering.

Identification and value estimates

Aurent’s identifications and value estimates are automated guidance, not professional appraisal, grading, or investment advice. Condition, grading, and market movement materially affect real prices. Verify independently before high-value decisions.

Marketplace rules

• Sellers must own what they list, describe it accurately, and ship as promised.
• Offers, counters, and Buy Now purchases are binding once accepted.
• Counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items are prohibited and lead to removal and account termination.
• Disputes should be opened through the in-app process; we may mediate and our determination on platform remedies is final.
• Reviews must reflect genuine transactions.

Fees

Marketplace fees, if any, are shown before you complete a transaction. We’ll announce fee changes in advance.

Content

You keep ownership of content you post (photos, listings, reviews) and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Termination

You can stop using our products and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

Disclaimers & liability

Products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alif Universe LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page and, for app features, in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
